Building successful future generations starts today and the Alkebulan Development Group has made a commitment to providing structural and productive resources for the City of Alkebulan Senegal as well as her sister communities and economic partners for the next 100 years.

Socially

Our communities are being built on the principles of empowered engagement, community collaboration and a holistic approach to food, energy, wellness, education and economic development. Our motto "Building Tomorrow" drives our community to be focused on developing the kind of future we want, today. With much inspiration from the need for "Smart Cities", we seek to apply the same principles throughout our communities.

Our communities include ongoing wellness and community development activities, a variety of open green spaces and many ways to participate in social and cultural entertainment. By maintaining a traditional African atmosphere infused with modern infrastructure and architecture, our communities will be the perfect place for any repatriate coming home to lay roots.

Economically

Since a community cannot sustain without economics, our Alkebulan Development Group has established and recruited a variety of profitable businesses, investors and job creators to ensure that every adult resident of our communities have sustainable economic opportunities. This is the core of our development model.

Over the next 100 years our communities will continue to focus on long term sustainable growth with considerable resources applied to industries such as tourism, media and export, as well as eco-friendly solutions for energy, waste management and agriculture. The educational institutions we develop will also have a major focus on sustainable skill building and preparing our communities next generation to be the leaders and economic developers of Alkebulan.

Locations of Alkebulan Communities Under Development

Alkebulan Development Group represents 3 main development sites in Senegal West Africa. Our main 600 hectare city location is in the Louga Region halfway between Dakar and St. Louis. Our much smaller Alkebulan ll development is located just outside Dakar in Kuer Massar 10 minutes from our Exodus Estate Transitional Property at the Pink Lake. All three locations are just minutes from the pristine beaches of the Grande Coast as well as the path of the new corniche highway.
