Alkebulan Development Group represents 3 main development sites in Senegal West Africa. Our main 600 hectare city location is in the Louga Region halfway between Dakar and St. Louis. Our much smaller Alkebulan ll development is located just outside Dakar in Kuer Massar 10 minutes from our Exodus House Transitional Property at the Pink Lake. All three locations are just minutes from the pristine beaches of the Grande Coast as well as the path of the new corniche highway.
Exodus House is a development of thirty-eight short-term (six months), transitional efficiencies and apartment homes that will house those who wish to repatriate to Senegal and those who wish to enjoy Senegal’s rich, historic beauty.
